The 2022 Oakey Show has been postponed to a date later this year.

On behalf of the Oakey Show Management Committee welcome to the 2022 show season.

 

Regrettably the show committee has cancelled the Oakey B & B Rodeo scheduled for the 5th of February.  The current Covid situation in the Oakey community and the potential risk to our supporters and volunteers and their families has led to this difficult decision.

​

The committee is in full swing with plans for the Oakey Show Gala Evening with a delicious dinner, dancing and the presentation of the 2022 Showgirls and Rural Ambassadors.   This very special event will be on Saturday the 26th of February. 

​

The 114th Oakey Show is on Saturday the 12th of March 2022.  The show will have something for all ages to enjoy.

​

The committee hopes to have the new pavilion with all types of produce, photography, floriculture, schoolwork, home cookery and handcraft.  Fine Arts, Championship Dog Show and Chain saw events are other features of the annual show.

​

The "Smokin the Downs" BBQ Competition returns this year with competition over two days.

 

Horses, Stud Beef and Prime Cattle will be on show.

​

Entertainment confirmed so far will include Helly Hoops, Aussie FMX and Fireworks Display by KC Fireworks.

​

Side Show Alley plus a variety of stalls will operate.

​
